Funding
- DesertXpress Enterprises, LLC (DXE) is a group of companies from California and Nevada who have invested over $40 million in private dollars over the past eight years to develop DesertXpress.
- DXE submitted an application for a $4.9B Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) loan as part of their financing package.
